This award-winning music video is unofficial and unaffiliated with Rex Orange County. It is what sparked my passion for creating further music videos and promos for music artists. During the process of making this video, I wanted to dive deep into and practice cinematography with the concept of emotional realism, essentially where the environment displays how one feels and move the story this way. This video is about the aftermath of a breakup and the emotions, fantasies, and what-ifs that come along it, and the struggle of letting a relationship go to move on.
